Ordering with us is simple just select the item you wish to buy, select the quantity or colour you require and then click add to cart.
Then just follow the online payment instructions.
Payment can be made online by credit or debit cards and will be taken when the order is placed.
Please note we are no longer able to accept cheques.
All prices shown are valid at the time of placing the order. Please quote your invoice number on any query or correspondence.
We reserve the right to alter prices if the required delivery date is beyond ten working days of placing the order. Customers would be informed of this prior to any order being dispatched.
Goods can be paid for by all major credit/debit cards and are processed online by electronic transfer or by calling us to do a telephone payment. You will be asked for specific information at this point while the card details are being entered. All payments are processed securely through an SSL encrypted server.
We do not accept: American Express or cheques

If the goods are not in stock and need to be ordered by Magpie Accessories, then you will be informed by email/telephone of the expected delivery date, and again when your goods are dispatched. Please allow 10 days for your order to be dispatched in case of delayed stock availability.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure waiting time is kept to a minimum, it is not the responsibility of Magpie Accessories if our suppliers are experiencing delays in receiving goods.
Customers will be kept informed if there is to be a significant delay in receiving goods which can be up the 3 weeks if your goods are not in stock.
All goods are sent by Royal Mail either by using their Special Delivery Signed for Service which should guarantee next day delivery and requires a signature or first class standard postage. Please select your prefered postage option at the checkout. CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE FIRST CLASS STANDARD POSTAGE IS NOT INSURED AGAINST LOSS OR DAMAGE and can take up to 2-3 days to be delivered. Postage fees for foreign parcels will be calculated according to weight and will be taken prior to dispatch.
Please inform us by email if your goods do not arrive as expected the next day. Please note that unless Royal Mail can gain a signature, they will not leave your goods, and will return them to the nearest Depot, and wait for your further instructions regarding delivery. It is then up to you to collect them from the depot or arrange another convenient time. goods not collected within a certain time are then returned to Magpie accessories.
All goods are carefully checked before despatch, and packed securely and safely to prevent damage during transit. Upon receipt of your order, please check that you have received all items according to the invoice and check all items thoroughly for defects.
Magpie Accessories must be informed by email or telephone prior to any goods being returned.
Damages and shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt of your order, and the goods must be returned within 14 working days from the day you received your delivery. Goods must be undamaged, unused and in the original packing with tags intact and the sale receipt. IT IS AT THE SOLE DESCRETION OF MAGPIE ACCESSORIES IF THE GOODS ARE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN USED AND IF THE ITEMS ARE STILL IN A SALEABLE CONDITION. ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED IN A NON SALEABLE CONDITION WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
All returns must be packed adequately, safely and securely, and sent using Special Signed for Service with the Royal Mail.
Please remember to include your original invoice / receipt in your parcel.
You will be fully refunded by cheque or bank transfer when the goods are received undamaged by Magpie Accessories.
